Woke up this morning kind of hungry and with a craving for something sweet. Stopped on the way to work to get a diet soft drink (my weakness although I've been quite good lately). Got to work and realized I had grabbed the full sugar version by mistake. I briefly considered drinking the syrupy sweet goodness, but then read the label. 1380 calories and 138g of sugar. I immediately sent it down the drain and had a sparkling water instead. Feeling better now. Maybe I was just a little dehydrated.
