okay girls...im in sunny Hawaii....with my two younger kids...we snuck outta canada in nick of time...before the massive snowstorm blew in...whew! I am now on holidays and the temptation is ....well you all know how that goes....i have been trying hard to eat as best i can....but its not like being at home...and no scale here....so i am using my weight from the friday i left....next fri will be scary stepping on scales!
i am trying to drink lots of water and the beach towel stand has apples and fruits on it for free..so that works.
Walked 3 miles on this amazing trail at our resort ..they have 12 trails from 2-7 miles....so wow..this is great! I am playing tennis in less than an hour...i cant wait.....i hope i cant counteract the fat attack!
