For some reason, I'm struggling with my weight control. indeed, I was over 72kg just the other day and it will be a struggle to get near 70kg again.

That’s not like you to sound down about fluctuations, Willie. A bit under and a bit over your target is normal. I’d say a couple of kg each way is a healthy range. Stick with what you know works and you’ll be back down to where you’re happier soon enough. Take care 🤗👍🏻
