I broke the plateau, by a measly .2 pounds but it is there. I had not lost anything since May 26 when I weighed in at 205.2. It has been up and down since but never in the 205 range since then until this morning. So what was different. I am usually 100 percent, but the last few days I had not had any fruit, strawberries, and only had salad at lunch. In essence, I was probably on the old Atkins and definitely more on induction than OWL. However, I did indulge in a sugar free drink- a diet ginger ale and Canadian Club, weak, one day and a zero carb marguerita the other. That does not seem to affect me as the fruit sugar does. It will be tough in the summer, but I think I may have to go back to induction in the fall and stay away from fruit. If the weight goes down, it will be worth it.
