The weight gain reflects my lack of exercise and consumption of fatty foods. Went to the beach for my Birthday weekend. Climbed many stairs, while carrying luggage, to get to the room with the perfect ocean view. Crippled me for next few weeks! I need knee replacement, but not in the plans. Ate a lot of crab with garlic butter, per my request. Knee has recovered considerably. Back to my walking at work. Can feel the added weight in many ways. Putting it in the rear-view.
