Cheers for the supp it's more mental struggle than physical lost 2 stone since March 18 go gym every morning at 4am before work yet feel fatter than ever and really low

As well as weighing are you measuring (waist, hips/bum, thighs, upper arms, chest)? Maybe you just need to see more evidence that you're losing to shake that feeling that you're fatter? Why not talk to some friends or staff at the gym about the feeling as being low about a great weight loss doesn't sound quite right. Perhaps an appointment with your GP about the feelings? Don't let it get out of hand. Sending hugs!
