I have got to cut out the damn candy.
The white chicken lasagna we had for supper last night was awful. I couldn't finish a small bowl of it. We got it from the prepared meals section of a place known for great sandwiches (and they are), but this was like eating a bowl of paper maché. For snacks, besides the damn candy, I ate leftover steak and sausage. I went to bed with that lead belly feeling. The only good thing about that is that it makes you sick of food. Maybe I should eat a stick of butter for a snack.
The final checkup with the surgery doc went well. I'm a good healer, thankfully.
