Absolutely delighted to have broken 120 kg, or 19 stone however you want to look at it - we've come a long way! Jury service is over, and I'm back in work.... and the gym.
A big weekend planned, and will probably drink far too much red wine - but hopefully wont do too much damage, just as long as I stay away from beer and junk food. Everyone keeps asking me "What's your target weight?" I don't really have one - I just want to be fit and healthy. Every day I get comments though. People say I look ten years younger (I wish I was).
