I stayed with the Keto diet Friday. This morning I had lost a little. I didn't get hungry until 2:00 yesterday after having Keto coffee with my eggs and bacon for breakfast. Today I had Keto coffee (modified with dark cocoa powder) for breakfast, and no eggs and bacon. I'm trying to stick with the diet again today and start the 4 week challenge on Sunday.
