Finally had to admit that unless I 'weighed in' I had no hope in overcoming the binging that I have been doing. I am eating more now that ever before. However before I weighed in I read a couple of journal entries and realised that there are people struggling too. It made me less embarrased to record my weight gain. I truly want to get back on phase 1 tomorrow and start afresh.

We ALL struggle here darlin'....that's what it's all about....when you're having a tough time - we're here for ya!! And when we do good - we are here also offering continued encouragement....Get up, shake yourself off....and get back on board....we have a challenge coming up that might interest you....Sure keeps ya motivated....
