Im so happy with a weight loss over these past two weeks. I have been off plan way too much. I need to keep realizing how I need to be good to my body. It's the only way I feel best. Eating crap just isn't worth it but I seem to do it anyway. Ugh!
On a good note I have been doing simple exercising more frequently, which is great. Keep it up!
