I've been trying to learn Zumba at home so I'll feel more comfortable joining a class at the gym. One of the older guys in one of my other classes has been telling me I should go; "if I can do it, you can ",he says. I may just go tomorrow; one of my favorite instructors is teaching Zumba tomorrow. She's in the greatest shape, and she's really nice. She subbed for my Aqua class not long ago & told us to come to her Zumba class (those of us who were chicken to jump right in & give it a try) .
