Happy weekend all!!! Fun filled family time coming. Movies with the girls and their littles. Celebrations Father's Day with a cookout and soccer games for them. Discipline to keep my focus and time to step up the grind. More strength training planned. Pulling out my weights , bar and step platform and more time on my elliptical. Located stairs at the beach to flights. So I will switch it up workouts. #Goal Total body twice a week core twice a week squats & lunges twice a week planks nightly before bed stretching daily Once upon a time I use to work out 2 to 3 hrs a day five days a week. I would go to the gym twice day evening and night. 🙏🏻👊🏻💪🏻🏃♀️
