I wasn't hungry at all pretty much, I think for multiple reasons. One reason I think is because in total I ate around 10g of added sugar, and only 120g of total carbs, my body was starting to use fat for energy. But I think the much more likely reason I wasn't hungry was because I drank a gallon of water/unsweetened tea throughout the day, which I know filled me up a lot.
