Only one lb loss this week. Not surprising I suppose given my 4lb loss last week!! Still I had stuck to the programme 100% and exercised as much as usual. The challenge is going to give me the incentive to exercise more!! Starting tomorrow I will try to fit in a walk every 2nd day if not every day.
So for my mini target i now need to loose 7lbs in 3 weeks, a bit of a tough call I think!! But i will give it my all!!
