I'm actually down after our vacation. we did splurge when we ate, but avoided fast food on the road except one time. now back to work tomorrow and groceries back in the fridge, back on track.
walked around and played in the pool and ocean, but didn't actually do a workout. tonight will be the first back into that, yikes!
