pheww its really hard to loose weight but hey I am not where I used to be right a pad in the back Well done to me if it takes me two years so be it but for sure its going down down down huu huu.and huhu to all of you you are a great and supportive group I could not have done this without u giving me courage big up to u all fat secret family.
