Happy Easter everyone!! Seems like I have an inability to keep the weight down over the weekend! I am hopeful that this pound gain is due water retention due to a combination of TOM and eating out last night, because despite going out for dinner with hubby I did feel I stuck pretty well to my plan. I took JanL's advice on what to go for at a Japanese restaurant and this is what I had: - Starter: Steamed soy beans followed by miso soup - Intermediate: 4 pieces of sushi - Main: Grilled sirloin steak with steamed vegetables in a garlic and miso sauce - Pudding: Watermelon It was a fantastic evening - something really different to try. I stuck to my exercise plan, and then I'm sure I burnt hundreds of calories lugging all the shopping bags back to the car! Here's one of my new dresses: I've just had a lovely roast turkey Easter lunch at my mum's and was good and refused pudding (even though I was sorely tempted by the Easter egg-topped trifle!) so I hope to have a good result on the scales for my official weekly weigh-in tomorrow!!

Thanks Sue! I hadn't tried Japanese before either, but it was actually great for someone on a diet - remarkably healthy. I do love wearing red - I've got some red, sparkly Dorothy shoes, which I love, although it might be a bit over-the-top if I wore them with the dress! ;)
