LOL - all the weight I dropped yesterday is right back where it came from. Oh well, I'm not gonna let it bother me.
I did reasonably well yesterday, stuck to plan - though the plan changed a bit. I adjusted my intake on FS, and still stayed within RDI. Not bad.
Still the water weight is all over the place. Yesterday I was very dehydrated, dry skin etc. I guess that's why I regained the weight today - it was basically me dropping lower than I should and my body reclaiming it.
Today will be a short journal.
Wife and Daughter are going out for some girl fun, and I got stuff to do with a friend.
