Im injured so there has been very little cardio and I cant lift as much weight. Also was out of the country this week for work so it was hard to do my proper workouts and get my proper nutrition. In the end, I maintained my weight and muscles at the worst.
Did a short IF yesterday (overnight, no food until 3 the next day) and doing one today. Last meal was yesterday at 10, its now 1 and im not eating for another half hour. These fasts are certainly helping me keep the weight down AND helping me with my hunger / ghrelin hormones.
