This weight was from Sat. I decided I would not weigh myself daily, but I KNOW I have lost weight since then. Wed is the next weigh in for me and then Saturday. I am feeling good because I can really SEE the weight loss and feel the extra energy. Clothes that I know would not have fit from two summers ago, fit. I would like them looser, so I decided to put the two pairs of pants in my closet and try them on before I weigh myself. In this way, I can see if I have lost weight even if the scale can't. I did this years ago- used one pair of pants I tried on once or twice a week. When they were too big for me, I felt amazing. I am eating healthy- survived the fourth easily along with my husband's birthday yesterday. It is a gorgeous day, and despite the heat, we took a 25 minute walk on this hilly road of ours.
