today I measured my waist and I lost 3 to 4 inches around my waist top and bottom in 2 1/2 months and lost 19 pounds.

Smart move to keep track of measurements. Great results, congrats. Heard some tie a knot on a rope, at 33 inches, and had the rope around their waist at all time. Goal was to be able to get to the knot. For me a belt gave me some uplifting momements during the ride.
