Been binging horribly thanks to my family and my own poor self control. Luckily I've also been staying active so I haven't gained. Really want to be under my second goal weight (125 lbs) by the end of the month, so I need to start actually sticking to my calorie limits.
60,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

It sounds like you are steadily loosing. Families can be hard to deal with but ultimately the words “no thank you” when offered those temptations have to come from you. Whatever your eating plan is, just keep fine tuning it into a way of eating that you can do Day in and day out for the long haul.. crash diets, so to speak, don’t really work that well because they aren’t sustainable. Jiust join in here, see what other people are doing, log your food and exercise and see what patterns begin to develop. Good luck to you.
