I'm not even getting excited about a loss anymore until I see this scale drop below 140, okay I'm still happy to see the drop. Up and down by 2-3 pounds all of the time. Trying to intermittent fast.

I stayed at 140-142 for what seemed forever. Dropping to 138 felt so great! Now I’m reverse dieting working on my metabolism and I’m stuck at 137-138 and I’m not even to my maintenance yet :/. I think our bodies decide they like a number and fight to stay there :/. Losing/gaining the same 1-2 here as well.
