I always weigh first thing in the morning, naked, after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. It strikes me as the most consistent way. I weigh daily and keep an eye on the 7 or 10 day trend but some people would freak out at the fluctuations so that's not for everyone. Take care!

I weigh myself every Sunday morning.

I weigh myself with what clothes I normally have on and pretty much while making or drinking a cup of tea 🤘🏻 lol also every Sunday mainly but sometimes I forget, measurement changes to look for not weight!! YOU ARE MORE IMPORTANT THEN THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE
