a.m. fasting BS = 106; a.m. weight = 177.4 Not pleased about the weight, but I am about the blood sugar. I rushed off to a library meeting this morning and forgot to take my morning meds. When I came back home at 2:00, no lunch of course, my BS was 114. It's working! I am so pleased! And the weight will fall too, eventually. Update: Don't know if it was the watermelon or not getting lunch until 2:00, I'm craving stuff. 1642 cals.today. macros 68/13/19. Net carbs 39.68. Decided today I will just have an off diet day and I'll hit it again tomorrow. BS at bedtime 141, took my meds.
