So, I began the Keto diet yesterday and I should have weighed myself but didn't. I weighed myself about a week ago and it was 180. Today 176.4. So, the weight on 7/8 was 177.4 and I would say my one-day loss is about 2-3 pounds. The one thing I find hard to do is drinking enough water. I had about 50 oz. of water yesterday. I begin Jorge Cruise's "Cruise Control Challenge" on 8/13, which runs 8 weeks. I am not extremely overweight and my goal is 160. If I reach that then I will push for 150 lb. ideal weight for my age and height.
