This morning I was very surprised to see this! Whoa and a 17.6% body fat reading! I went away for the weekend and Saturday drank a little bit and ate a veggie burger with vegan cheese. 😋 eep. I am at day 40 of 84 an I am almost at my goal. I donāt want to jinx myself but I am already thinking about how maintaining is going to be.
