Stuck at 169.8! Glad I hit this stall under 170. It has been -forever- since I was at this weight. So, in the meantime, at least I reached a little mini goal I can be proud of. Stalls in weight loss are usually my downfall, but I am going to try to keep a positive outlook, see it through and make some changes if necessary. It is just so damn discouraging!
