Well no changes on eating and i actually been more active in the last couple of days i swear my scale is possessed 😮🤔 starting a fast tomorrow i did ok at a 24hr fast aiming for a 36hr need to have a kick start in order to get to 150 lbs my short goal is to loose the 6.2 lbs by Sept 7th . Ill do a cleanse also wish me luck !
75,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 26,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 11,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
