Hanging on to my healthy diet, but my working out has slowed..
I have to go to the Dr for a lump under my arm.. I haven't called yet, but I get nervous because cancer runs on both sides of my family.. Uhhh, I just want to wait, but I know I shouldn't.

If you don’t have an appointment make one! It could also be a cyst or an infection. I’ve went and they found cancer and I’ve went and they’ve found a cyst. I’ve went worried about moles just to find out they were fine. I’m a worrier but more often than not the things I worry about end up being fine and I feel a bit silly for my worrying lol. Good luck!

many times it can be as simple as excess caffeine drinking I used to get those all the time, just make the appointment and make sure you are fine.

It's the not knowing is the worse go to the doctor.

I am doing intermitent fasting and praying for my health, heating greens, berries, seeds, almond milk , avocados , olive oil . The lord deliver me from arthritis on my feet,shoulders and knees I loose four pounds and I exercise . Trust in The Lord !

My sister n law had one and it was a lump from cat scratch fever. Praying for you!!

Thank you everyone for your support. I'm going to call today (when they open) just to see what they say. I'm very nervous.. But you are all right and I need to go and see.

Best of luck with the doctor! I understand why you would be scared but hopefully it is just a blocked sweat gland or something
