fishnchips's Logboek, 14 apr 08

Today I am going to start the SBD and I put on a couple of extra pounds for the occation! I didn't start too well as I had cereal for b'fast, I need to look at the ideas Veggie's Yuk has for b'fast so that I have more than eggs for an option. The rest of the day should be okay, but I guess I shall see.
61,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Niet Toepasbaar.

during the first two weeks i had a lot of dinner left overs for breakfast...sounds gross but it beat the veggies and eggs...lol...good luck and let me know if you need any help...there is a great support team here...

You want to hear gross? well I take leftovers from dinner and put them in a big bowl in my freezer and each night I add to it. Everything no matter what is was gets put in that bowl and when it is full I make soup out of it. I have not had a bad tasting soup yet. The only problem is when my husband asks me to make that soup again!
