I’m very disappointed in my weight loss !!!!!!
Only 2 1/2 lbs. in 1 week. Oh well, at least it is a loss & wont give up 😞😞😞
78,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

That’s a fantastic weight loss 2.5 pounds. I’ve only ever lost about 2.2 a week since March down almost 60 pounds and I’m good with that rate. It’s never good to loose it really fast but you’re doing well!

I thought the first week I’d lose more but of course that’s not the case. In the past when I first started I’d lose 5 lbs. the first week 😱

That is a crazy huge loss. I’m only losing a pound a week and it’s amazing but difficult. You should be proud

That is the ideal amount to lose in one week. I know it can be difficult to see such small steps but be encouraged by the fact it is going in the right direction for you
