eightpac's Logboek, 26 sep 18

Weight coming down slowly. 2 more days to reach my short term goal as I am travelling on holiday for at least a week. My BF Scale is starting to earn its keep. When I weighed myself to day, I lost 200g fat and added 0.1% water. I have approx. 2.5 to 5l of water per day so I think the fact that it can show me water weight is good. At least I can now decipher between bad and good weight-loss. Wish I had started sooner but that's life always learning. Will soldier on and I will hit my goal. I am considering hitting the gym for a second time today but probably early evening after I have refed the body. Will have to see how I go
