Not weighing myself for a few days. It’s raining and supposed to rain a fair bit this week. Will miss my daily cycling so I turned my new bike which is not comfortable to ride outdoors into a spin bike with a sports trainer stand. I love my old beat up fifty year old bicycle for outdoors. I need to cycle not only for exercise but it’s the best physio for my knees and ankles. I have upped my steps per day as well. My daughter and I have a bit of a competition going on Fitbit and Carrot rewards. So far I am winning the challenges. Can’t keep up with my son though except on weekends. He walks far too much at work! Good healthy family competition. 😀
