Feeling good today. Went to the Guthrie Weight Loss Center last evening and received good news and support. My muscle mass was down by 3% due to the fact that I was not eating enough protein. As of today I will be assuring that I attain 45 grams of protein per meal and no more than 30 gm of Carbohydrate per meal. I am also encouraged that my A1-C is down to 6.2....a .05 decrease since my last test 3 months ago. For the past 3 months I have been under considerable stress at work. Despite this, I continued to strive for continued exercise. During mid September I resigned my membership with The Greene Community Fitness Center, and joined the Norwich YMCA which offers far better exercise options. Had a good 21/2 hour workout at the YMCA this afternoon. An hour on the treadmill trotting approximately 3.5 mph.
