Well, I didnt gain yesterday, but I also didnt lose. Going to follow through 100% today because there are no weekend distractions to knock me off track. I hope by next weekend I will have been following my diet perfectly and will see weight loss (at least another three lbs by Friday) and I will not want to let those distractions mess with me again!! I woke up at 4:45 this morning to electrical problems in one portion of my house, so by 6am I was wide awake and decided to walk on the treadmill. WOW, that was a good but bad idea. Our air doesnt work and its 81 degrees in my house. Needless to say, after 20min of walking at a high incline I was FINISHED. I couldnt breathe (that would have a lot to do with me being 70lbs overweight) and was sweating like a wh*re in church (another part of being overweight...but the heat didnt help). Heres to another day full of healthy foods and lots of exercise.
