A 3 pound loss in one week. I have been hitting the YMCA 3 times a week for 3 hour workouts. Treadmill, Cycling, and weight lifting. Increased my protein to 48 grams a meal as my Nutritionist prescribed. I am feeling great, and seem to be increasing my energy levels.
