samiovington's Logboek, 07 okt 18

So this weekend was pretty bad. I’ve been really sick since Monday so I missed a day of working out and I haven’t been eating as healthy as I have been and should be. It’s a minor setback but I’m gonna push on through and keep going. On a side note, my boyfriend has lost over 40 pounds, I’m happy for him it’s just annoying seeing how easy it seems to be for him and I’m over here struggling with it. This set back will not shake my commitment and determination though. I will get to my goal weight eventually.
