I have checked the diets.. and due to some health problems.. have decided to give the south beach diet a try again! I see there is a new and improved diet and book out! and feel this on emight work at this time..feel free to e mail me!( be a buddy) Di 

You can do it! I started SB with a ton of heart health and blood pressure issues. My doctor led me to South Beach PLUS watching my fat and cholesterol (and sodium). It did teh trick for me and is still working for me. I wouldn't go back to my old way of life for anything. You can do this! Best wishes to you.
