Decided to only weigh in every Friday sense this plateau is driving me bat 🦇 shit 💩 crazy 🤪 so last weigh in till Friday !! It’s amazing how the freaking scale won’t move !!
72,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 29,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I wont put myself through the highs and lows of daily weigh ins. A weekly weigh in at the same time under the same conditions gives much more truthful results for me 😁

Yes i try not to even look at my scale but i get on it then im like ..... gonna scream here !!

I agree you guys i gave my 7 yr old a special job to only let mommy get on scale on Saturday need to have more discipline 💯😎
