I have been stuck at the 150-151 range for the entire week. Yesterday I decided to go Low Carb to kick start my weight loss back into gear. When I initially started my diet, I did low carb and lost 5lbs in two or three days. I am hoping to budge the scales down towards the 140's, which is my first mini goal.
