Very happy with last Dr visit. She's been trying to put me on statins for cholesterol which I have flatly refused. Previous cholesterol reading: 238. This time 205 and triglycerides were 149, just into normal range. Yes! Fasting blood sugar last time 100, this time 90. Kidney function has improved too now that my blood pressure is better controlled.

If you don’t mind me asking, how are you getting your cholesterol numbers down? Is yours hereditary?
