So I thought I was doing good this week. I ate healthy all weekend, and was pretty active. I have been below my calorie in take all week, and I went to the gym and rode my bike. But I only lost .2 pounds this week, and only lost .3 last week. I know a loss is a loss, but it's kind of hard when it's in small decimals and not whole numbers.
I guess I need to go to the gym more, and maybe take a look at what I'm eating. Maybe it's too many carbs, or sodium or something because calories wise I have been good.
