I have been full of excuses for about 2 months now. If I hadn't maintained my work-out routine who knows what the scale would say. I have been eating my way through stress and it is time to stop the maddness. I can not let the scale climb any higher. I have worked too hard and have such a reasonable distance yet to go. The accountability that FS offers works for me. So...getting my butt back here and recording what goes in my mouth. I want to finish what I have started and finish strong! My one year anniversary of FS is Sept. 14. I would like to at least get back to my lowest weight, 237 by that time. It is do-able. I am committing to doing it!
