For the next 2 weeks I am switching from 16/8 fasting to 20/4. I am tall and have always been active but obviously I have reached a plateau where my body is fighting to hold onto the fat stores. Upped cardio to 30 min HIIT 6 days/week. Weight training remains at 3hrs wk in a fasted state.
