A week off with the kids and my wife... I wasn't logging anything, and not being that careful. So drinking was had and good food eaten. Now back to work, so back at the log.
One thing I should mention, I'm past 3 weeks without a cigarette (actually at day 26)! Very happy with that, but that might have a little influence on my weight.
I keep going to the dojo once a week, and try to jog 3 times a week. With a little work on the logging side (and keep it dry during the week), I should get back under 195 pretty soon. And maybe 190 for Xmas!
