fishnchips's Logboek, 05 mei 08

Up a little in weight from last week. I was 128.6 on Saturday, but two buffets and a very healthy amount of 'breakfast cheesecake' later, oh and sausages and 'pancakes' two days in a row and surprising enough my scales had gone up a little. Well that is what I get for being a piggy :) It could have been worse as I was really wanting some chocolate that I have at home and my husband is CRAVING donuts.
58,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

.2 lbs?? lol Well... the commentary of suggestion to relieve that is long, but somehow not fitting! lol :) No worries... drink lots of water and flush away the excess in a day or two! Keep up the great work!
