Try cutting one thing. Just one thing, like potatoes, or soda, or have open faced sandwiches (eliminating 1/2 of your bread ).

What you can eat and I live from most days? Meats! Bacon! Walmart Rotisserie Chicken! steak! Ground beef! Pork chops! 3-4oz.
Also eggs for proteins!
Cheese any kind is generally 109cal per oz. no carbs! 3-4oz
Leafy greens of any kind! Kale , Arugala, Bsby Spinach! 2 cups.
Olive oil, veggie oil, butter, love me some coconut oil in my coffee with cinnamon and vanilla. 1 tbs to Start. Slowly! These will make your bowels loose! Fatty oils take away hunger pains!
Find your daily maintenance calorie intake... The calories your body needs to stay alive each day doing nothing. Mine is 1900. Now subtract 500 calories and hold your intake to that amount!
Daily- 10% carbs
Daily- 70% fat
Daily- 20% protein

Again it’s not the carbs, I lost over 80 pounds eating carbs. I’m less than 120 lbs and I eat over 130 grams of carbs any given day. It’s the Calories. Oh I have maintain for over a yr now, no yo yoing with my weight

What Rosio says is so true but you gotta find where you fit in that order to lose or gain. Kill he carbs for a minute to know what they do and how to comtrol them. Then, yes bring them slowly back. The good carbs ! Body needs good carbs!
