tg000018's Logboek, 19 jun 10

Tough night. I had leg cramps starting at 10pm and didn't stop til i got up at 5am to work out. I ended up eating and drinking to alleviate the cramps. TO no avail. belly bloated this morning but only up a few pounds, mainly due to food volume and extra liquids trying to shake the cramps.

work out was a tough 50 minutes of elliptical at @ 140 bpm. wasn't sure if i was going to make it 5 minutes into it but was able to stick it out.

72,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
